These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jm8 online gaming platform, operated at jm8.bio ("jm8", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on jm8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the jm8 platform.
In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below:
To register and use the jm8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Each eligible person may hold only one (1) Account on the jm8 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, via different devices, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your registration details if any information changes. jm8 may require you to submit identity verification documents ("KYC documents") including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address before processing any withdrawal request.
jm8 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where jm8 reasonably suspects the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. jm8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
You must notify jm8 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jm8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available within your Account security settings, to provide an additional layer of protection.
All financial transactions on the jm8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jm8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.
The minimum deposit is RM 20 via e-wallet methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier; current limits are displayed in the Platform cashier.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. jm8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds may not be transferred between Players' Accounts. jm8 does not accept deposits from third parties.
jm8 does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jm8 accepts no responsibility.
jm8 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion, which shall take precedence in the event of any conflict.
All games available on the jm8 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness in accordance with applicable gaming standards. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jm8's servers, the result recorded on jm8's servers shall prevail. jm8's management systems constitute the official record of all transactions and game outcomes.
jm8 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that was placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to system malfunctions, software bugs, or incorrectly displayed odds or game information. In such cases, jm8 will return the applicable stake to the Player's Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Once a self-exclusion has been activated, jm8 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account during the exclusion period. jm8 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players.

All content on the jm8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design — is the property of jm8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jm8.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jm8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
jm8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. jm8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jm8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jm8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jm8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect and may request closure of your Account by contacting jm8 support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jm8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to jm8's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution procedures set out under jm8's operating licence.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
